About Me

Welcome!

My name is Stephanie Moreno (she/her), I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing, growth, and resilience.

I work from a Person-Centered and Humanistic Therapy perspective, emphasizing the importance of empathy, authenticity, and client-centered care. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift distressing thought and behavior patterns, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to promote present-moment awareness, acceptance, and emotional balance.

With over twenty years of experience in the healthcare field, I bring a deep understanding of working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, at Grand Canyon University.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I am committed to offering therapy that is empathetic, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental.

Thank you for considering working with me. It would be an honor to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
